A fleet owner manages 50 trucks across multiple countries in Europe. Say for example Germany, Netherlands, Switzerland and France – in each place managing 10 trucks. Fleet owner wants to understand the driver behavior of each truck, because drivers are the face of the organization. Based on their behavior, the organization gets merits and demerits i.e. reviews and the growth based largely on the driver behavior. If they all behave with similar and follows good culture with the customers, then standard of the organization will be improved, thereby improving the overall brand value for the organization, fleet owner believes in it. Now fleet owner wants to have an app installed in all of their drivers mobile and wants to understand their driving behavior, driving patterns, how much idle time driver takes within a trip and between the trips, star rating the driver receives from each customer during the time of delivery at the customer location.
